1. Introduction

Welcome to PicMint. By accessing or using our AI image generation and editing service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

PicMint provides AI-powered text-to-image and image-to-image generation tools, account history, private image access, credit balances, and payment records. The product is an independent interface that may use third-party AI model providers and infrastructure services. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any third-party model provider unless we state that relationship explicitly.

3. Accounts and Security

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You must provide accurate account information and keep your email address reachable.
• We may suspend or restrict accounts that create security, abuse, fraud, legal, or payment risk.

4. Credits, Payments, and Creem

Credits are digital usage units for image generation and editing. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and may be consumed when a generation job is submitted or completed according to the product flow shown in the app.

Paid credit packs are processed by Creem as merchant of record. Creem may handle checkout, payment collection, tax calculation, invoicing, and related payment operations. Pricing and entitlements are shown on the pricing page or at checkout before purchase.

5. User Content and Generated Output

You are responsible for prompts, uploaded images, reference images, and any resulting outputs you create with the service. You must ensure that your content does not violate laws, third-party rights, or these Terms.

Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you may use generated outputs for personal or commercial purposes. We do not guarantee that outputs are unique, copyrightable, suitable for a specific use, or free from third-party claims.

6. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Content

• Do not generate or attempt to generate NSFW, sexually explicit, nude, semi-nude, sexually suggestive, pornographic, uncensored, or 18+ content.
• Do not create content that exploits, harms, harasses, threatens, or abuses any person or group.
• Do not create hateful, discriminatory, violent, deceptive, fraudulent, illegal, or otherwise harmful content.
• Do not create face-swap, deepfake, impersonation, or identity-manipulation content without clear rights and consent.
• Do not upload or generate content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other third-party rights.
• Do not attempt to bypass moderation, rate limits, credit checks, security controls, or payment protections.

7. Refunds and Support

Digital credits and virtual products are generally non-refundable once purchased or used, except where required by applicable law or where Creem determines that a refund is appropriate. Refunds and chargebacks for Creem-processed transactions are handled through Creem. If you have a billing issue, contact support and include your account email, payment date, and payment reference if available.

8. Service Availability

The service is provided as available. We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue features at any time, including to address security, abuse, provider, infrastructure, payment, or legal issues.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an updated version is posted means you accept the updated Terms.
