Refund Policy

This policy explains how refunds, disputes, and billing support work for PicMint credit purchases.

1. Digital Credit Purchases

Credit packs are digital usage products. Because credits can be delivered immediately and used for generation jobs, purchases are generally final once payment is completed or credits are used.

2. Creem as Merchant of Record

Payments are processed by Creem as merchant of record. Creem may handle checkout, tax calculation, invoicing, refunds, chargebacks, and payment disputes. Refunds for Creem-processed transactions must be handled through Creem's payment flow or support process.

3. When We Review Refund Requests

  • Duplicate payment for the same credit pack.
  • Payment succeeded but credits were not delivered after webhook confirmation and support review.
  • A technical error prevented access to purchased credits and we cannot reasonably restore the credits.
  • A refund is required by applicable law or by Creem's payment rules.

4. Generally Non-Refundable Cases

  • Credits that have already been used for generation or editing.
  • Dissatisfaction with subjective AI output quality where the service operated normally.
  • Account restrictions caused by violation of our Terms or Acceptable Use Policy.
  • Requests submitted without enough information to identify the payment or account.

5. How to Request Help

Email million.ou@gmail.com with your account email, payment date, credit pack, checkout or payment reference if available, and a short description of the issue. We generally aim to respond within 3 business days.

6. Refund Effects

If a payment is refunded, disputed, reversed, or charged back, we may deduct the related credits from your account. If credits have already been used, the account may be marked for review or restricted until the balance issue is resolved.
