This Privacy Policy explains what information PicMint processes to provide AI image generation, accounts, credits, payments, support, and safety controls.

1. Introduction
We take privacy seriously and use a minimal data approach where practical. This policy applies when you use PicMint, create an account, generate images, upload files, buy credits, or contact support.
2. Information We Process
- Account information, such as email address, session information, password hash, account preferences, and login records.
- Generation information, such as prompts, uploaded images, input references, generated outputs, job status, history, credit cost, and related metadata.
- Payment and billing information, such as product identifiers, checkout records, payment status, refund or dispute status, credit pack details, and Creem-provided transaction references.
- Technical and security information, such as IP address, browser details, request IDs, logs, rate limit records, anti-abuse signals, and error diagnostics.
- Support information you send to us by email or through other support channels.
3. How We Use Information
- Provide image generation, editing, history, private image access, account, and credits features.
- Authenticate users, manage sessions, support account recovery, and protect accounts.
- Process credit purchases, payment confirmations, refunds, disputes, and payment support requests.
- Moderate prompts and enforce safety, acceptable use, fraud prevention, and abuse prevention rules.
- Debug issues, measure reliability, improve the product, and comply with legal or payment obligations.
4. Service Providers
We may share limited information with service providers that help us operate the service. These may include AI model providers, cloud hosting, database providers, object storage, email delivery, payment processing, security, logging, analytics, and abuse prevention providers.
Payments are processed by Creem as merchant of record. Creem may process billing, tax, invoice, checkout, refund, dispute, and payment support information according to its own buyer and merchant terms.
5. Cookies and Sessions
We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, anonymous credits, account sessions, security, preferences, and product functionality. Some cookies are necessary for the service to work.
6. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide account features, image history, payment records, support, safety controls, fraud prevention, debugging, and legal compliance. Some payment, tax, accounting, dispute, and security records may need to be retained even after an account deletion request.
7. Security
We use technical and organizational measures intended to protect information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No internet service can guarantee complete security.
8. Children
The service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
9. Your Rights
- You may request access to eligible account information.
- You may request correction of inaccurate account information.
- You may request deletion of eligible account information.
- Some information may be retained where needed for security, fraud prevention, payment, tax, accounting, dispute, or legal compliance.
