Acceptable Use Policy
This policy explains what is and is not allowed when using PicMint to generate or edit AI images.

1. Purpose
PicMint is built for legitimate creative, commercial, editorial, product, and design workflows. This policy protects users, creators, payment partners, model providers, and the public from unsafe or unlawful use.
2. Prohibited Sexual and NSFW Content
- No NSFW, sexually explicit, pornographic, nude, semi-nude, sexually suggestive, fetish, uncensored, or 18+ content.
- No sexualized depictions of real people, public figures, private individuals, minors, or anyone who appears underage.
- No prompts or uploads intended to bypass content filters or moderation for sexual content.
3. Harmful, Illegal, or Abusive Content
- No content that promotes violence, self-harm, exploitation, abuse, harassment, threats, or intimidation.
- No hateful or discriminatory content targeting protected or vulnerable groups.
- No fraud, phishing, scams, forged documents, deceptive advertising, or impersonation.
- No content that facilitates illegal activity, regulated goods, malware, weapons misuse, or evasion of law enforcement.
4. Identity, Consent, and Rights
- Do not create deepfakes, face swaps, impersonations, or misleading identity content without clear rights and consent.
- Do not upload private, sensitive, copyrighted, trademarked, or third-party content unless you have the rights to use it.
- Do not generate content that falsely suggests endorsement, affiliation, sponsorship, or official status.
5. Platform Abuse
- Do not bypass moderation, rate limits, credits, access controls, security measures, or payment protections.
- Do not automate abusive traffic, scrape private resources, probe infrastructure, or interfere with service reliability.
- Do not resell, sublicense, or operate the service in a way that violates our Terms or provider policies.
6. Enforcement
We may block prompts, refuse generation, remove outputs, restrict accounts, preserve records, or report activity when content or behavior appears to violate this policy, our Terms, applicable law, payment rules, or provider requirements.
